寂静的深夜,当你拥着美梦入睡时,有另外一群人仍然在忙碌着。他们可能是奋笔疾书的作家、批改作业的教师,也可能是工矿企业第一线挥汗如雨的工人、医院中紧张忙碌的医护人员。他们都是普通的劳动者,因为特殊的职业需要而必须采取“夜班”的工作方式。夜班工作者不仅要改变作息时间、饮食规律,身体健康也会因此受到影响。又是一年“五一”劳动节,让我们共同关注夜班人群,为夜班工作者的健康出谋划策。
Still in the middle of the night, when you fall asleep with a dream, another group of people is still busy. They may be hard-working writers, teachers who change jobs, and may also be sweaty workers at the front line of industrial and mining enterprises, and the tense medical staff in hospitals. They are all average workers who have to resort to the “night shift” approach to work because of special occupations. Night shift workers not only to change the schedule, eating habits, physical health will therefore be affected. Another year of May Day Labor Day, let us focus on night work crowd, advice for the health of night shift workers.
