甘蓝苗期多抗性鉴定是甘蓝多抗性育种的基础,对抗源的筛选有实际应用价值。本项试验,选用4份甘蓝育种自交系材料,103,302,84-1035-7和90-1072-7。TuMV 选用“甘-83-8号”毒株,CMV选用“甘91-23号”毒株,黑腐病菌(Xanthomonas campestrispv.campestris)选用X_(0-1)菌株。TuMV与CMV分别采用人工摩擦的接种方法,黑腐病菌采用喷雾的接种方法,浓度为10~8个细菌/mL。试验设有6个接种处理方法①子叶期接种TuMV,第一片真叶接种CMV;②子叶期接种CMV,第一片真叶接种TuMV;③子叶期一片接种TuMV,另一片接种CMV;④子叶期接种TuMV+CMV的混合液;⑤子叶期单接CMV;③子叶期单接TuMV;以上6种处理方法分别在5~6片真叶期喷雾接种黑腐病菌。试验3次重复,在防虫温室内进行3个月的时间。接种后温度维持在10~30℃,阴天补充光照,待发病后进行抗病性鉴定。试验结果表明第一种接种处理方法,4份试材的发病程度较其它五种都重,另外试材103-1,A_(20),84-1038-1186,606-12-21-14,84-1072-3-4等自交系较
The identification of multi-resistance in cabbage seedling is the basis of multi-resistant breeding in cabbage, and the selection of resistant sources has practical value. There were 6 inoculation treatments in the experiment. ① TuMV was inoculated at the cotyledonary stage and CMV was inoculated in the first true leaf; ② CMV was inoculated at the cotyledonary stage, TuMV was inoculated with the first true leaf; ③ TuMV was inoculated in the cotyledon stage and CMV was inoculated with the other one; And inoculated with a mixture of TuMV + CMV; ⑤ single cotyledon CMV; ③ cotyledon TuMV single; more than 6 treatments were sprayed in the 5 to 6 true leaf stage black rot fungi. The experiment was repeated three times and was carried out in the pest control greenhouse for three months. After inoculation, the temperature was maintained at 10 ~ 30 ℃, supplemented by light on the cloudy day, and tested for disease resistance after the onset of disease.
