采用活动炉身的冲天炉可大大地便利修炉工作,也能保证修炉的质量。但是,因为活动炉身式的冲天炉前、后两炉是从过桥中间断开的,由于种种原因所致,有时后炉修复归位后,过桥部位还留有一定的缝隙;有时后炉还未到达位置、过桥处已经挨紧,不能继续挪动,而冲天炉上段又始终是固定的,所以,无论哪种情况出现,都会给修炉带来麻烦。我们为解决这一问题而采用活动式前炉。
