以沙枣花(Elaeagnus angustifolia L.)为试材,采用超临界CO_2萃取的方法,研究不同超临界CO_2萃取温度对沙枣花精油组分的影响,并结合气相色谱-质谱联用(GCMS)技术分析其精油香气成分变化。结果表明:随超临界CO_2萃取温度的升高,酯类、醇类和醛类的组分和相对含量影响较小,而酚类、酮类、酸类、烯类以及其它成分受萃取温度影响较大,但不会改变沙枣花精油组分的主体结构。另外,萃取温度对沙枣花精油的主要成分影响较小,其中相对含量最高的肉桂酸乙酯的变异系数最小,为0.06。经主成分分析得出40、45、50、55、60、65、70℃萃取温度对沙枣花精油4个主成分无明显影响。
Using Elaeagnus angustifolia L. as experimental material, the effects of different supercritical CO_2 extraction temperature on essential oil components of Eupatorium adenophorum were studied by supercritical CO_2 extraction. GC-MS analysis was carried out by using supercritical CO_2 extraction. Technical analysis of its essential oils aroma composition changes. The results showed that with the increase of supercritical CO_2 extraction temperature, the components and relative contents of esters, alcohols and aldehydes had little effect, while the contents of phenols, ketones, acids, alkenes and other components were influenced by the extraction temperature Larger, but does not change the main structure of the essential oil components of Ebony. In addition, the extraction temperature had little effect on the main components of Elaeagnus angustifolia essential oil, with the smallest relative coefficient of variation of 0.06 for the relative content of ethyl cinnamate. The principal component analysis showed that 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65 and 70 ℃ extraction temperature had no significant effect on the four main constituents of Eupatorium.
