以粉煤灰(FACs)为载体,氧氟沙星(OFL)为模板分子,采用表面法制备了分子印迹材料(MIP),并将其作为固相萃取吸附剂,建立了分子印迹固相萃取-超高效液相色谱(MISPEUPLC)方法,对鸡胗中残留的OFL进行检测分析。在优化的提取条件和分析条件下,OFL检出限为1.56μg/kg;定量限为5.19μg/kg;回收率为87.3%~102.5%;RSD<3.6%,能满足食品样品中痕量OFL的确定和残留分析要求。与C_(18)柱净化相比,该柱能够有效去除基质效应,分离富集效果更好。
OFL was used as a template to prepare molecular imprinted material (MIP) using fly ash (FACs) as a carrier and of OFL as a solid phase extraction adsorbent. The molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction - Super High Performance Liquid Chromatography (MISPEUPLC) method to detect residual OFL in chicken fillet. The detection limit of OFL was 1.56μg / kg with optimized extraction conditions and analytical conditions. The limit of quantification was 5.19μg / kg. The recoveries ranged from 87.3% to 102.5%.
