北京农学院在适应国家关于京津冀协同发展和北京建设国际和谐宜居之都要求中,积极探索都市农林特色复合应用型高校人才培养的途径,通过创新人才培养模式、完善“基础教育+专业核心+跨专业、跨学科平台+实践教学体系”框架等一系列改革举措,使创新创业和实践能力培养内化于都市农林人才培养全过程中,突出都市农林特色和复合应用型人才培养目标,体现知识、能力和素质全方位不间断的人才培养需求。
