为了获得茶树的体胚,本研究以福鼎大白、碧香早和白毫早的自然杂交实生种子为外植体,进行组织培养及植株再生研究。通过优化不同浓度的植物生长调节剂组合以及不同培养基和不同光照的预处理,探索茶树体胚诱导及增殖的适宜培养基和培养条件。结果表明:体胚诱导培养基:B5+6-BA 3.5~4 mg/L+IBA 1.5 mg/L~2 mg/L;MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L~2.5 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L为理想的继代增殖培养基。本研究对茶树体胚诱导及植株再生提供了一定的借鉴意义。
In order to obtain the somatic embryos of tea tree, this study used Fuding Dabai, Bixiangzao and Baizaozao as the explants, and studied the tissue culture and plant regeneration. By optimizing the combination of different concentrations of plant growth regulators and pretreatment of different media and different light, the suitable culture medium and culture conditions for the induction and propagation of the somatic embryos of tea were explored. The results showed that the induction medium of somatic embryos was: B5 + 6-BA 3.5-4 mg / L + IBA 1.5 mg / L ~ 2 mg / L; MS + 6- BA 2.0 mg / L ~ 2.5 mg / / L is the ideal subculture medium. This study provided some references for the induction of somatic embryos and plant regeneration in tea plants.
