本文通过对上海农场旗下12家单位人员的薪酬满意度进行抽样调查,通过对薪酬满意度较好和较差的单位及影响职工薪酬满意度的因素进行了分析,重点对薪酬7个维度满意度进行解析,并针对研究结果有针对性提出了如何提高上海农场职工薪酬满意度的相关建议。
