我们在门诊经常遇到一些眼磨擦感的病人,用手电筒及放大镜检查未能发现异常,即便是用裂隙灯显微镜粗略地检查角膜和球结膜也无所发现.以致病人的痛苦无法解除.1994年5月起,眼磨擦感的病人增多.我们翻开眼睑和裂隙灯显微镜仔细检查,发现有细小点状异物附着在睑结膜上.以上睑为多,大部分在睑板沟附近,数目1～10个不等.用沾有生理盐水棉签,逐个擦掉.个别异物附着牢固或嵌入结膜,则用无菌针头剔去.经这样处理后,病人症状消失,完全治愈.

From May onwards, the number of patients with eye friction increased.We opened the eyelid and slit lamp microscope examination and found that there is a small punctate foreign body attached to the conjunctiva. To the upper eyelid as much, most in the tarsal groove near the number of 1 ~ 10 ranging from cotton swabs stained with saline, one by one wipe off individual foreign body attached to a solid or embedded in the conjunctiva, the sterile needle ticked out by such treatment, the patient’s symptoms disappear, completely cured.
