档案是可收藏的信息资源,人们可以利用这种信息资源。人们在利用档案的时候,也可以将档案作为参考。因为档案通过多种形式记载人们的实践活动,在开展建设或者是进行其他活动的时候,都可以将档案作为依据。而对于基层档案管理工作而言,对于档案的有效管理是推进基层法治的关键。因此基层单位在管理档案的时候,就应该采用新的模式,从而保证管理的有效性。主要是分析了基层档案管理工作中的不足,同时探讨了解决对策。
Archives are collectible sources of information that people can avail themselves of. When people use the file, you can also use the file as a reference. Because archives record people’s activities in various forms, they can be used as a basis for carrying out construction or other activities. As far as grass-roots archives management is concerned, the effective management of archives is the key to promoting the rule of law at the grass-roots level.
