本文将良性葡萄肿和恶性葡萄胎之水肿绒毛标本各选择三例,经固定、脱水和离子镀膜仪喷金,以扫描电镜观察,发现良性葡萄胎之滋养细胞表面仅有散在分布不均匀的不成熟微绒毛,该种微绒毛略突出于表面,周围有放射状或分支的细丝样物质,并互相交织成网状。恶性葡萄胎之滋养细胞表面有分布均匀,排列紧密、细长之杵状微绒毛,彼此间无细丝样物质相连,根据这种形态上之差异,对疑为恶性葡萄胎之病例可采用扫描电镜方法加区以别,以达早期诊断、早期治疗的目的。
