In order to understand the changes of inflammatory reaction in high-level wrestlers after special training, 8 female wrestlers (mean ± SD: 18.6 ± 2.5 years old; height 165.6 ± 6.6cm; weight 62.7 ± 8.3kg ) For one week was used as a model of exercise to test serum interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) concentrations 2 hours after the afternoon training session. The results showed that the levels of IL-1β and IL-6 in serum after two hours of high-load training were significantly higher than the baseline values. During the training week, the serum IL-1β and IL-6 levels varied with training load. Therefore, the special training of heavy load can cause a certain degree of inflammation in female wrestlers, showing a significant increase in the serum levels of IL-1βand IL-6, which are related to the intensity of loading and the load. IL-1β and IL-6 can be used to assess the athlete’s ability to adapt to exercise stress and the recovery from injury.
