The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the important task of actively cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism. The Central Committee of the Party attaches great importance to the people’s groups guiding the masses in their relations to cultivating and practicing the socialist core values. The CYL, the Women’s Federation, the CAST and the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese Discipline should give full play to their organizational advantages, reflect the characteristics of the masses and make contributions to nurturing and practicing the core values of socialism in accordance with the requirements of the Central Party Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping.
