目的了解东海县居民户碘盐食用状况,为今后碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法根据《江苏省碘盐监测方案实施细则》进行采样,按照《制盐工业通用试验标准—碘的测定》GB/T13025.7—2012进行检测。结果 2012—2013年共检测600份居民户食盐,碘盐合格率98.66%,碘盐覆盖率99.83%,合格碘盐食用率99.33%,非碘盐检出率0.17%,盐碘均数为25.8±4.48mg/kg。结论东海县居民户碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、非碘盐率、合格碘盐食用率均达到了国家《碘缺乏病消除标准》GB16006—2008的要求。
Objective To understand the consumption status of iodized salt in residents of Donghai County and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders in the future. Methods Sampling was conducted according to the Detailed Rules for Implementation of Iodized Salt Monitoring Program in Jiangsu Province. The test was conducted in accordance with “General Standard for Salt Industry - Determination of Iodine” GB / T13025.7-2012. Results A total of 600 salt samples were collected from residents in 2012-2013. The pass rate of iodized salt was 98.66%, the coverage of iodized salt was 99.83%, the edible iodine salt was 99.33%, the non-iodized salt was 0.17%, and the average salt iodine was 25.8 ± 4.48 mg / kg. Conclusion The coverage of iodized salt, the qualified rate of iodized salt, the non-iodized salt rate and the qualified iodized salt rate of the households in Donghai County all meet the requirements of the national standard “Disinfection of iodine deficiency disorders” GB16006-2008.
