陶瓷材料的脆性等严重限制了其实用性,本文着重从改善机械性能及其相关因素等方面概述近年来齿科陶瓷的研究进展和发展方向.为了促进烤瓷熔附金属(PFM)修复体金瓷间的牢固结合,对金瓷间的热匹配和修复体内的残余应力进行了深入研究,离子交换法和回火处理技术能较大程度地提高其瓷层的抗折强度.铂箔结合冠等是在PFM基础上发展起来的技术,铝核瓷、镁核瓷、无收缩陶瓷、铸造玻璃陶瓷等则是较有发展前途的全瓷修复材料.其机械性能有较大改善.现概述如下:
The brittleness of ceramic material has severely restricted its practicability.
