文章分析了健美操的特点和女大学生的生理心理特点,从健身、健心两方面论述了健美操运动对女大学生身心健康的影响。通过对阜新高等专科学校300名女学生进行调查分析,结果是女大学生比较喜欢健美操运动。说明健美操运动对女大学生身心产生了健康的影响。长期坚持健美操锻炼能使心血管和呼吸机能增强,身体形态和身体成分明显改善,还可以调节情绪,增强美感。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of aerobics and the characteristics of female students ’physiological and psychological characteristics, discusses the impact of aerobics on female college students’ physical and mental health from the aspects of body building and health care. Through the investigation and analysis of 300 female students in Fuxin College, the result is that female college students prefer aerobics. This shows that aerobics exercise has a healthy impact on the female college students’ body and mind. Long-term adherence to aerobics exercise can make cardiovascular and respiratory function, body shape and body composition improved significantly, but also can adjust the mood and enhance beauty.
