- In this paper, a method for calculating the maximum dynamic loading during recovering a submersible from 30 m underwater to water surface has been deduced, and tests on the submersible model have also been made. The comparison between the experimental results and the calculated ones shows that there is a good coincidence. The method deduced in the paper can also be used to calculate the maximum tensile forces during the operation of lifting a weight nearby the water surface.
