微生物在食品加工中的应用探析
摘 要:随着生活水平的提升,人们对食品的要求也逐渐提升。在食品加工中,微生物是很重要的元素,其可以有效增加食品的种类,并且能用于食品保鲜,在很大程度上满足了人们对食品的个性化需求。对此本文主要介绍了食品加工中常用的微生物,并在此基础上分析了食品加工中微生物的具体应用。

Abstract: With the improvement of people's living standards, the requirements for food are also gradually improved.In food processing, microorganisms are a very important element, which can effectively increase the variety of food, and can be used for food preservation, to a large extent to meet people's personalized needs for food.This paper mainly introduces the microorganisms commonly used in food processing, and then analyzes the specific application of microorganisms in food processing.

微生物是无法用肉眼看到的微小生物,在自然界中有很多微生物,并且微生物很早就被人们所发现并用于食品加工中,如古代的酿酒技术就是使用微生物[1]。
