私有财产的民商保护法是指民商法作为部门法对公民的私有财产权展开的法律保护。加强私有财产的民商保护法的法律保障,有益于市场发展经济,有益于构建法治社会以及更好的完善私有财产法律保障体系。目前,我国的私有财产民商法在制度及保障私有财产方面存在着一些缺陷,但是我们坚信在未来的发展过程中,相关的部门会完善有关私有财产的民商保护法制度。本文将主要针对我国私有财产存在的问题,着重分析了完善私有财产的民商法律制度。
The law of civil and commercial protection of private property refers to the legal protection of civil and commercial law as a sectoral law on the private property of citizens. The legal protection of the civil and commercial protection laws for strengthening private property is beneficial to the economic development of the market, the construction of a society governed by the rule of law and the better legal protection system for private property. At present, there are some shortcomings in China’s private property law and protection of private property, but we firmly believe that relevant departments will perfect the civil and commercial protection law system on private property in the future development. This article will mainly focus on the existing problems of private property in our country, and focuses on analyzing the legal system of civil and commercial perfecting private property.
