胃肠肿瘤是常见的恶性肿瘤 ,而且大部分较早地通过血道和淋巴管发生微转移 ,术后复发率较高。因而早期诊断和及时发现外周血微转移现象对于临床治疗和判断预后有着重要意义。本文综述近年来利用分子生物学技术尤其是具有较高敏感性和特异性的逆转录聚合链反应 (RT PCR ,reversetranscription polymerasechainreac tion)技术 ,检测肿瘤组织相关分子 ,如CK19,CK2 0 ,CEA和CD44v6表达的mRNA ,分析和判断肿瘤的微转移方面的进展
Gastrointestinal tumors are common malignancies, and most of them have metastasized earlier through the blood vessels and lymphatic vessels. The recurrence rate is higher after surgery. Therefore, early diagnosis and timely detection of peripheral blood micrometastasis are important for clinical treatment and prognosis. This review summarizes the use of molecular biology techniques, especially the reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) technology with high sensitivity and specificity to detect tumor-associated molecules such as CK19, CK2 0, CEA, and CD44v6 in recent years.
