目的:研究忍冬叶的化学成分。方法:采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法等进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:从忍冬叶中分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为香叶木素(1),槲皮素(2),苜蓿素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4),芦丁(5),忍冬苦苷A(6),忍冬苦苷B(7)。结论:所有化合物均首次从忍冬叶中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of honeysuckle leaves. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their chemical structures were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified from Lonicera japonica leaves, which are respectively: geraniol (1), quercetin (2), alfalfa-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), rutin (5), honeysugaster glycoside A (6), and bitter winter glycoside B (7). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from honeysuckle leaves for the first time.
