学业成绩是学生参与学习的一项重要结果。一般地说,它是教师教学和管理绩效的一种具体体现。因此,如何提高学生的学业成绩,一直是人们所关注的问题。根据行为科学学派的理论,要解决这一问题,不能不重视对学生的心理进行分析,重视学生人际关系与需要、动机和行为之间因果关系的研究。毫无疑问,学生的学业成绩受众多因素制约,它既与学校的环境、教师的教学有关,又与学生的家庭教养方式、居住社区环境有关,也与他们的行为方式有关。为了了解和分析学生行为方式与其学业成绩的关系,我们作了一次问卷调查。下面就调查的结果作一分析。
