目的研究大鼠口服苏合香丸10 d后对其肝肾功能的影响及汞在肝肾中的蓄积情况。方法大鼠口服苏合香丸10 d后进行血液生化学指标及组织病理学测定,同时采用湿法消解肝肾组织,使用双道氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定组织中的汞。结果大鼠口服苏合香丸10 d后对其体质量及肝肾的脏器系数没有影响;苏合香丸各组肌酐数值与阴性组比较均有显著性增高(P<0.05);肝肾组织中的汞量均高于阴性组(P<0.05),计算后发现汞在肾脏蓄积率远远高于肝脏。结论 口服苏合香丸10 d后,大鼠血清肌酐升高,肝肾组织汞蓄积,蓄积率肾脏高于肝脏。
Objective To study the effects of oral administration of Su-He-Pill on rats’ liver-kidney function after 10 days and the accumulation of mercury in the liver and kidney. Methods After oral administration of Su-He-Pill for 10 days, the blood biochemical indexes and histopathology were determined. Meanwhile, the liver and kidney tissues were digested by wet method and the mercury in the tissues was measured by two-way hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results After oral administration of Su-He-Xiang Pill for 10 days, the body weight and organ coefficient of liver and kidney were not affected. The values of creatinine in Su-He-Xiang Pills group were significantly higher than those in the negative group (P <0.05) The amount was higher than the negative group (P <0.05), calculated mercury accumulation in the kidney is much higher than the liver. Conclusion After oral administration of Su-He-Xiang Pill for 10 days, the serum creatinine in rats increased, and the accumulation of mercury in liver and kidney tissues was higher than that in the liver.
