目的了解农村孕妇铁营养专项知识现状,为其专项健康教育提供依据。方法自拟孕期铁营养专项知识问卷对500例农村孕妇进行问卷调查。结果农村孕妇铁营养专项知识问卷平均得分为(7.2±1.7)分;第一胎次孕妇铁营养专项知识得分明显低于第二胎次及第二胎次以上孕妇(P<0.01);低学历孕妇铁营养专项知识得分低于中、高学历孕妇(P<0.05或P<0.01);低收入家庭孕妇铁营养专项知识得分低于中、高收入家庭孕妇(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论农村孕妇铁营养专项知识普遍欠缺,应加强农村孕妇铁营养专项知识的健康教育,教育的重点对象是第一胎次、低学历和低收入家庭的农村孕妇。
Objective To understand the status quo of iron nutrition in pregnant women in rural areas and provide basis for their special health education. Methods A questionnaire of 500 items of rural pregnant women was made from questionnaire of iron nutrition in pregnancy. Results The average score of iron nutrition specific questionnaire for pregnant women in rural areas was (7.2 ± 1.7) points. The score of iron nutrition awareness of pregnant women in the first birth was significantly lower than that of the second and second parity (P <0.01) The score of iron nutrition of pregnant women was lower than that of medium and high education pregnant women (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The score of iron nutrition of pregnant women with low income was lower than those of middle-income and high-income families (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion The special knowledge of iron nutrition for pregnant women in rural areas is generally lacking. Health education should be strengthened for special knowledge of iron nutrition for pregnant women in rural areas. The main target of education is rural pregnant women of the first parity, low education and low income families.
