■背景 近年来,我国以光纤为主体的骨干通信网已逐步形成,庞大的光纤接入网也正在建设中。大容量、高质量的光缆传输网的建立,为通信业务向数字化、综合化、宽带化、智能化和个人化方向发展奠定了基础。但光网络快速建设的同时也暴露出一些问题,如带宽资源利用率较低、资产闲置严重、网络存在安全隐患等,如何提高干线网络中带宽利用率,如何解决网络调度难的问题,如何充分利用光纤资源满足多种业务的需求,如何提高网络的智能化,如何提供光传送网的增值业务服务等正成为电信运营企业和设备供应商面临的重要问题。
■ Background In recent years, China’s backbone optical fiber communication network has been gradually formed, a huge optical access network is also under construction. The establishment of large-capacity and high-quality fiber optic cable transmission network lays the foundation for the development of digital communications, integrated communications, broadband communications, intelligent communications and personal communications. However, the rapid construction of optical network also revealed some problems, such as low utilization of bandwidth resources, serious idle assets, network security risks, how to improve the bandwidth utilization in the trunk network, how to solve the problem of network scheduling, and how to fully The use of optical fiber resources to meet the needs of a variety of business, how to improve the network intelligence, how to provide optical transport network value-added business services are becoming telecom operators and equipment suppliers are facing an important issue.
