利用PHI—550型多功能电子谱仪对GCr15钢镀Ti、Cr后用N~+及Ar~+和N~+轰击过的样品进行了AES、AES—PRO(俄歇部面)及ESCA分析研究。结果表明:(1)GCr15钢镀Ti、Cr后,用N~+轰击,氮的注入效果明显,混合效果不明显,轰击可不同程度地改善镀层同基体的结合;用Ar~+轰击则混合效果较明显,注入效果不明显。对表面改性来说,前者效果好,后者效果不理想。(2)改性与样品表层生成的TiO_2、TiN、TiG;Cr_2O_3、CrN等成分有关,C的存在对GCr15钢的表面改性有益。
AES, AES-PRO (ESR analysis) and ESCA analysis were performed on the sample coated with N ~ +, Ar ~ + and N ~ + on the GCr15 steel after Ti and Cr plating on a PHI-550 multifunctional electronic spectrometer the study. (2) The modification is related to the composition of TiO_2, TiN, TiG, Cr_2O_3 and CrN formed on the surface of the sample. The presence of C is beneficial to the surface modification of GCr15 steel.
