在实施素质教育的新形势下,进一步加强和改进民族地区高校体育师范生师德养成教育,为教育改革与发展注入新的内容,增加新的内涵显得尤为重要,而师范生的师德养成教育原则是重中之重。基于此,从民族地区高校体育师范生师德养成教育的原则去研究,即师德理论教育和师德践行教育相结合的原则,中小学师德规范教育与地方特色资源教育相结合的原则,学校教育与校外实践教育相结合的原则,典型示范教育与自我教育相结合的原则,以期培养出一支高尚师德的体育教师队伍。
