“模拟法庭”是法学专业实践教学的重要内容,是培养学生职业素质能力的主要手段。全国开设法学专业的高校,大都在教学中引入了“模拟法庭”教学方法,但由于教学理念的模糊,此种教学方法在实际运用中受到一定的限制,流于形式。从当前的教学实践和理论研究看,法学教育亟待加强对“模拟法庭”教学模式的认识,构建系统、规范的“模拟法庭教学”课程。
“Moot Court ” is an important part of law teaching in practice, which is the main means to cultivate the professional quality of students. Most colleges and universities offering law major in our country mostly introduce “moot court ” teaching methods in teaching. However, due to the vague teaching philosophy, such teaching methods are limited in practical application and form a formality. Judging from current teaching practice and theoretical research, legal education urgently needs to strengthen its understanding of the “moot court” teaching model and establish a systematic and standardized “moot court teaching” curriculum.
