目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合干扰素(IFN)-α-2b治疗蕈样肉芽肿(MF)的临床疗效,并比较治疗前后患者血清趋化因子CCL27水平。方法对17例MF患者行重组人IFNα-2b肌肉注射联合NB-UVB照射治疗,于治疗前后分别采集患者血清,利用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测其血清CCL27浓度,以16例健康人血清为对照组。结果治疗前MF患者CCL27血清水平高于健康对照组(P<0.01),联合治疗后17例患者完全缓解率(CCR)为64.71%,部分缓解率(PCR)为29.41%,有效率(CCR+PCR)为94.12%;其治疗后的血清CCL27水平较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01)。结论 NB-UVB照射联合IFNα-2b肌肉注射治疗蕈样肉芽肿是一种安全有效的方法,可降低患者血清CCL27水平。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of NB-UVB combined with interferon-α-2b in the treatment of mycosis fungoides (MF) and to compare the serum chemokine CCL27 levels before and after treatment. Methods Seventeen MF patients were treated with intramuscular injection of recombinant human IFNα-2b combined with NB-UVB irradiation. Serum was collected before and after treatment. Serum CCL27 concentration was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) For the control group. Results The serum level of CCL27 in patients with MF before treatment was significantly higher than that in healthy controls (P <0.01). After treatment, the complete remission rate (CCR) and the partial response rate (CCR) of 17 patients were 64.71%, 29.41% PCR) was 94.12%. The level of serum CCL27 after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P <0.01). Conclusion NB-UVB irradiation combined with IFNα-2b intramuscular injection in the treatment of mycosis fungoides is a safe and effective method to reduce the level of serum CCL27 in patients.
