近年来,由于大学的不断扩招以及就业需求市场的萎靡不振,使得大学生尤其是高校中的高水平运动员的就业形势十分严峻。求职自我效能感是影响就业效果的重要因素,因此对高校高水平运动员的求职自我效能感展开研究具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文在自我效能感理论的基础上对高校高水平运动员求职自我效能感的影响因素进行分析,建构了研究的模型假设并进行实证研究。
In recent years, due to the continuous enrollment of universities and the sluggish employment demand market, the employment situation of college students, especially high-level athletes in colleges and universities, is very grim. The self-efficacy of job-seeking is an important factor that affects the employment effect. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the job-search self-efficacy of high-level athletes in colleges and universities. Based on the theory of self-efficacy, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of job-seeking self-efficacy of high-level athletes in colleges and universities, constructs the model assumptions and conducts empirical research.
