通过对各种金属的聚酞菁磺酸盐乙炔液相水合催化活性的比较,反应介质,温度对催化活性的影响及助催化剂的选择等研究,筛选出聚酞菁铜磺酸盐、聚酞菁锌磺酸盐和聚酞菁铜锌(1:1)磺酸盐为乙炔液相水合催化活性较高的非汞催化剂。在中性催化液中加入助催化剂二乙醇胺或吡啶,其催化活性接近酸性介质。在本文选择的工艺条件下乙醛收率达21.4%,选择性为100%。
By comparing the catalytic activities of liquid phase hydration of poly (phthalocyanine) sulfonates with various metals, the influence of reaction medium and temperature on the catalytic activity and the selection of cocatalyst, the polyphthalocyanine copper sulfonates, Zinc cyanate sulfonate and poly copper phthalocyanine copper (1: 1) sulfonate is a non-mercury catalyst with high catalytic activity for acetylene liquid-phase hydration. The neutral catalyst solution was added cocatalyst diethanolamine or pyridine, the catalytic activity close to the acidic medium. Acetaldehyde yield of 21.4% and selectivity of 100% were obtained under the conditions of this study.
