项目管理是当今投资建设领域非常重要的一项工作,特别是对于石油化工建设工程来说,由于工程规模非常大,如果不进行现代化的科学项目管理,那么建设工程将会变得费时费力,并且工程质量还得不到保证。本文从项目管理的核心措施以及主要的项目管理内容方面进行理论上的分析,探究了石油化工建设工程中项目管理的应用情况以及提高工程建设效率与质量的主要措施。
Project management is a very important task in the field of investment and construction. Especially for the construction of petrochemical projects, because the scale of the project is very large, the construction project will be time-consuming and labor-intensive if it is not carried out through modern scientific project management. The quality of the project can not be guaranteed. This article analyzes the core project management and the main content of project management, and explores the application of project management in petrochemical construction projects and the main measures to improve the efficiency and quality of project construction.
