离心压缩机广泛应用于工业各领域,叶轮轮盘和轮盖外侧空腔流动可以等效为转静盘系统流动问题来研究.本文系统讨论了应用RANS方法.选择9种不同湍流模型对三维转静盘流动模型进行预测的可靠性和准确性,对比分析它们在转静盘流动问题中预测的准确性.研究结果表明:9种模型中标准κ-ω模型对旋转圆盘系统流动预测和实验值吻合较好.仅在转捩区过高地预测了驱动系数K;而RSM模型能准确预测发生从层流到湍流转捩位置的驱动系数K,且对雷诺应力R_(rr)~*分量的预测和实验值吻合良好.本文工作为选取合适的湍流模型研究离心压缩机叶轮盘和盖外侧空腔和密封泄漏结构的流动提供了可靠理论依据.
