针对镇江市的给排水发展和行业管理现状,分析了给排水运营管理的数字化需求。基于需求分析和管理部门业务分工,设计了镇江市给排水数字化信息管理系统的总体框架,包括给排水行业管理平台、数字排水平台和数字给水平台。介绍了系统构建涉及的GIS及管网模拟等关键技术的发展过程和应用现状。通过构建镇江市给排水数字化管理模式,实现镇江市给排水领域的行业监管、资产管理、生产调度、在线监测、管网GIS、水力建模等业务的数字化管理。
According to the water supply and drainage development and industry management status quo in Zhenjiang City, the digital demand for water supply and drainage operation and management is analyzed. Based on the demand analysis and business division of management department, the overall framework of digital information management system for water supply and drainage in Zhenjiang was designed, including water supply and drainage industry management platform, digital drainage platform and digital water supply platform. The development process and application status of key technologies such as GIS and pipe network simulation involved in system construction are introduced. Through the construction of digitalized water supply and drainage management system in Zhenjiang City, the digital management of industrial regulation, asset management, production scheduling, on-line monitoring, pipe network GIS and hydraulic modeling in the water supply and drainage area of Zhenjiang City will be realized.
