目的了解2012年北京市昌平区食品和公共场所从业人员健康检查结果。方法采用北京市公共卫生信息管理系统,对昌平区2012年从业人员健康检查结果进行统计分析。结果预防性健康检查92 466人,共检出从业禁忌证患者144人,检出率0.156%。其中甲型肝炎(甲肝)抗体阳性者1人,占0.69%;戊型肝炎(戊肝)抗体阳性者1人,占0.69%;活动性肺结核139人,占96.53%;化脓性或渗出性皮肤病3人,占2.08%;未检出伤寒/痢疾患者;活动性肺结核检出率最高,其中本埠与外埠检出率分别为0.055%和0.180%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=353.31,P<0.01)。结论在所检测的传染病中,活动性肺结核检出率居首位,其次是化脓性及渗出性皮肤病。对食品和公共场所行业从业人员应坚持1年1次的健康检查,对传染病检出的从业人员调离相关岗位。 Objective To understand the results of the health examination of employees in food and public places in Changping District of Beijing in 2012. Methods Beijing public health information management system was used to analyze the health check-up results of practitioners in Changping District in 2012. Results A total of 92 466 people were tested for preventive health checkup, 144 of whom were contraindicated. The detection rate was 0.156%. Among them, 1 was hepatitis A (HBeAg) positive, accounting for 0.69%; 1 was hepatitis E (hepatitis E) positive, accounting for 0.69%; 139 were active tuberculosis, accounting for 96.53%; suppurative or exudative 3 were skin diseases, accounting for 2.08%; patients with typhoid / dysentery were not detected; the detection rate of active tuberculosis was the highest, of which the detection rates were 0.055% and 0.180% respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 353.31, P <0.01). Conclusion Among the detected infectious diseases, the detection rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis ranks first, followed by suppurative and exudative dermatosis. Practitioners in the food and public places should adhere to the health checkup once a year and remove the related posts from the practitioners who have detected the infectious diseases.
