我们在学习兄弟单位先进经验的基础上,通过反复实践,试制成功一种接手喷射反循环装置,使用效果良好.该装置从外形看去,只相当于一套钻杆锁接头的大小,其喷咀与上接手一体,扩散器与下接手一体,全部反循环装置就只有两个接手(图1).调节喷咀与混合室之间的距离时,只需增、减调节垫圈即可.这一装置,结构紧凑,节约钢材,连接方便,且不受钻孔口径限制.从φ75毫米到φ150毫米的孔径,不论是单管、双管、钢粒、合金等钻进方式,都可通用此种接手反循环装置.我们在试用中,岩矿心采取率一般可达90%以上.钻具连接如
