自主招生考试改革是我国高考改革趋向多元招生录取模式发展的实践探索。改革进程中以政府、学校、学生组成的主要的利益相关群体分别承担改革的主导者、推进改革的主体、改革成效的承载者的角色。改革过程中三者作为应然的参与者,需要作出相应具有特定利益导向的角色定位,政府需要关注改革所引致的潜在关系中的利益分配;学校需要关注人才选拔质量,形成以质量为核心的人才选拔机制;学生需要在报考中做出符合自身发展要求的选择。
Independent enrollment examination reform is the practice of our college entrance examination reform towards multi-enrollment mode development. In the course of the reform, the main stakeholder groups composed of the government, schools and students respectively assume the leading role of reform, the main body of reform and the carrier of reform effectiveness. In the process of reform, as the appropriate participants, the three need to make the corresponding role orientation with specific interests. The government needs to pay attention to the distribution of benefits in the potential relationship caused by the reform. The school needs to pay attention to the quality of talent selection and form a quality-centered Talent selection mechanism; Students need to apply for the examination made in line with their own development requirements.
