秸秆还田机鞭式刀具在田间作业时能一次完成秸秆粉碎及碎秸秆与土壤的均匀混拌,有着良好的工作特性与推广前景。本文在分析鞭式刀具结构及工作原理的基础上,借助虚拟样机(ADAMS)对鞭式刀具运动规律进行了动力学仿真分析,得到了刀具运转时的关键工作参数,并结合刀具对各工作参数进行了分析讨论,为该刀具优化设计及推广应用提供了参考依据。
