路上停着一辆“丰田”汽车,显然是出了故障。虽然几位好心人凑上来帮忙,但仍然无济于事。司机满头大汗,急得直骂娘,“什么破车”,司机气呼呼地踢了汽车一脚。这时,一位白发老者走到跟前,“让我看看”,老者的动作相当熟练,十几分钟后,故障排除。司机正要道谢,老者却连连鞠躬致歉,众人皆不解。原来,老者是丰田汽车的一位退休职工。他说,任何一位“丰田”职工,都不会看着路上出了故障的“丰田”汽车置之不理,只要是“丰田”汽车,我们都会全力以赴。虽然我已退休,但是,我们服务客户的精神不会退休。
