冬季,油井地面集油管线会发生管线结蜡造成油井回压升高,影响油井正常生产,严重时会发生管线冻堵造成油井停产,影响产量。目前我厂的管线清蜡扫线工艺需要用到热洗车、罐车等设备。热洗车依靠燃烧柴油把罐车里的冷水加热经热洗泵打压泵入管线扫线。这种扫线工艺效果好,但能耗高。本文针对热洗车扫线工艺中存在的能耗高问题提出改进方法。改进后的扫线方法可使热洗车扫线过程能耗下降。
In winter, the oil collection pipeline on the oil well line will cause oil well back pressure to rise, which will affect the normal production of the oil well. In severe cases, freezing and blocking of the pipeline will cause the oil well to stop production and affect the output. At present, I plant the pipeline cleaning wax sweeping process requires the use of hot car wash, tanker and other equipment. Hot-wash car relies on burning diesel to heat the cold water in the tanker through the hot-wash pump to pump down the line. This line sweeping effect, but high energy consumption. In this paper, an improved method is proposed to solve the problem of high energy consumption in the wiping process of the hot-wash car. The improved wiping method can reduce the energy consumption of the wiping process in the hot-wash car.
