[目的]观察中药复方消斑通脉合剂药物血清对体外培养的VSMCs细胞周期的作用。[方法]体外培养VSMCs,取对数生长期细胞用作实验,MTT法检测不同浓度药物血清对体外培养的VSMCs增殖活力;应用流式细胞仪分析各组细胞周期分布。[结果] MTT法显示药物血清呈剂量依赖性抑制VSMCs增值,高剂量与低剂量比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),流式细胞仪显示药物血清可明显阻滞VSMCs细胞进程,高剂量与低剂量比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。[结论]中药复方消斑通脉合剂药物血清可以阻滞VSMCs的细胞周期进程,达到抑制VSMCs增殖的作用。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Xiaobantongmai Mixture of traditional Chinese medicine on the cell cycle of VSMCs cultured in vitro. [Methods] VSMCs were cultured in vitro, and logarithmic growth phase cells were used as experiment. MTT assay was used to detect the proliferative activity of VSMCs cultured in vitro. The cell cycle distribution of each group was analyzed by flow cytometry. [Result] The MTT assay showed that the serum of the drug increased the proliferation of VSMCs in a dose - dependent manner. There was a significant difference between the high dose and the low dose (P <0.05). Flow cytometry showed that the drug serum could obviously block the cell process of VSMCs. There was significant difference between low dose (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Traditional Chinese medicine Xiaobantongmai Mixture can block the cell cycle progression of VSMCs and inhibit the proliferation of VSMCs.
