20世纪90年代,美国麻省理工学院彼得·圣吉博士依据知识经济时代的特点和规律,在他的《第五项修炼--学习型组织的艺术与实务》中提出了建立“学习型组织”的理论。这不仅引发了一场深刻的思想革命,也为整个世界带来了巨大的财富。他的学习型组织理论将终身教育作为知识经济时代个人和企业生存和发展的有效途径,将提高学习力作为企业提升核心竞争力的重要手段。目前正处于出版体制改革转折期的中国出版业,面对文化产业大发展的有利时机,同样必须尽快创建学习型出版,快速提升出版业群体的学习力,造就大批各类出版人才,以增强出版业的核心竞争力,实现中国出版业的跨越式发展。
In the 1990s, based on the characteristics and laws of the era of knowledge-based economy, Dr. Peter St. Kitts of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology proposed in his “The Fifth Cultivation - Art and Practice of Learning Organization” to establish a “learning-based Organization ”theory. At present, China’s publishing industry is facing a turning point in the reform of the publishing system. Facing the favorable opportunity of the great development of the cultural industry, we must also create learning publishing as soon as possible to rapidly enhance the learning power of the publishing industry and create a large number of publishing talents to enhance publication Industry’s core competitiveness, to achieve the leapfrog development of China’s publishing industry.
