本文从数学符号、公式使用的实际出发,分析、讨论了如下两个有广泛影响的观点:①有声语言第一性,书面语言第二性,或语音中心说;②语言符号的任意性。本文说明了:①数学公式是视觉优势的,它与语音的关系甚弱。②大部分数学符号是表意性的。对它们,很难说所指与能指间关系是任意的。许多符号的表意合理性及其与语音的弱相关使其具有国际性、超民族性。
Based on the actual use of mathematical symbols and formulas, this paper analyzes and discusses the following two opinions that have a wide range of influence: ① the first of vocal languages, the second of written languages, or the vocal center; ② the arbitrariness of linguistic symbols. This article shows: ① Mathematical formulas are visual advantages, and its relationship with speech is very weak. Most mathematical symbols are ideographic. For them, it is hard to say that the relationship between the finger and the finger can be arbitrary. The ideological rationality of many symbols and their weak correlation with speech make them international and transnational.
