本文采用机械化学法与添加活化剂法(生理酸性肥料-硫酸铵、氯化铵)对磷矿粉进行复合活化,研究了设备及活化剂对磷矿粉的活化效果,以期为充分利用我国的中低品位磷矿提供科学依据。结果表明:采用机械化学法活化磷矿粉,有效磷随着加工次数和活化时间的增加显著提高。采用振动活化器机械活化时,添加活化剂复合活化可以减少机械活化次数,以机械活化3次添加5%硫酸铵与添加10%氯化铵活化效果最佳。冲击式活化器机械活化时间≤12 min时,以复合活化添加10%硫酸铵、10%氯化铵活化效果较好,机械活化>12 min时,添加活化剂对磷矿粉枸溶率的提高反而起副作用,应单独采用机械活化为宜。
In this paper, the use of mechanochemical method and the addition of activator method (physiological acid fertilizers - ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride) on the phosphate rock composite activation, research equipment and activator of phosphate rock activation effect, in order to make full use of our Low-grade phosphate rock to provide a scientific basis.
