各省、自治区、直辖市财政厅(局)、劳动(劳动保障)厅(局): 根据国务院要求,为做好中央直属有色、军工等企业(以下简称有色、军工企业)基本养老保险统筹工作,切实减轻困难企业基本养老保险负担,确保按时足额发放企业离退休人员基本养老金,促进国有企业改革和发展,现就有关问题通知如下: 一、从1999年10月1日起,有色企业缴纳基本养老保险费按照所在省(区、市)确定的统一缴费比例执行。企业和职工个人按规定缴纳的基本养老保险费与支付基本养老金不足部分,由中央财政给予适当补助。二、原参加地方统筹的中央直属军工企业,比照执行
