档案文化休闲利用在我国已经由学术讨论发展到实践探索,处于萌芽阶段的利用实践迫切需要站在宏观和战略的高度进行顶层设计和统篇布局。在前期理论梳理和实践研究的基础上,文章首先运用了统筹规划方法对档案文化休闲进行了工作结构分解,提出了档案管理业务系统改造的思路,继而以统筹对象入手,从主体相容、客体优化、环境适应三个方面开展档案文化休闲利用与服务的统筹安排。
Cultural and leisure utilization of archives has been explored and developed from academic discussions to practical exploration in our country. The utilization practice in the embryonic stage urgently needs top-level design and overall layout at the macro and strategic levels. On the basis of combing the previous theory and practice research, the article first uses the integrated planning method to decompose the work structure of the file culture and leisure, puts forward the idea of the file management business system reform, and then starts from the overall planning object, Optimization, adaptation of the environment to carry out the three aspects of file culture and leisure use and service co-ordination arrangements.
