教师的教学能力于教师在资格认定时处于核心地位,教学能力为教师子在与人过程中必备的,并随着从事教育的时间的增加而发生了质的变化的核心能力。核心能力,包括教学监控、教学执行与知识提取能力;外生能力包括职业性向、教学个性、教学效能感。此外,教师的职业生涯的规划与其管理能力对教学和教育能力发展有着整体提升与监控的作用,也是决定教师教学与教育能力的一项重要因素。
Teachers ’teaching ability is at the core of teachers’ qualifications, and their teaching ability is the core competence that is necessary for the teacher’s participation in the process and changes qualitatively as time goes by. Core competencies, including teaching monitoring, teaching execution and knowledge extraction ability; exogenous ability includes occupational orientation, teaching personality, teaching efficacy. In addition, the planning and management of teachers’ careers have an overall effect of promoting and monitoring the development of teaching and educational abilities. It is also an important factor that determines the ability of teachers in teaching and education.
