项目合同金额一般在20亿元以上并采用项目群组织模式(即总部+分部)的大型工程项目被称为大标段,这是当前国内高速公路建设项目组织形式的新趋势。中交一公局承建的麻竹四标是湖北省交通投资有限公司投资建设的高速公路项目中的一个标段,设一个总部、六个分部。在项目管理过程中,总部履行着不同于一般实体项目的管理职能。在不断探索和总结中,麻竹四标积累了一些大标段独特的管理经验。本文针对大标段安全管理方面一些有效的做法和心得做以浅显探讨,为公司类似工程项目安全管理提供实践基础。
Large-scale construction projects with a project contractual value of over 2 billion yuan in general and adopting a project organization model (ie headquarters + divisions) are referred to as major sections, which is a new trend in the form of current domestic expressway construction projects. The four standard construction of Zhuzhugu, which is constructed by CCCC, is a bidding section of the highway project invested and constructed by Hubei Traffic Investment Co., Ltd. It has a headquarters and six divisions. In the project management process, the headquarters performs different management functions from the general entity project. In the continuous exploration and summary, bamboo four standard accumulated a number of sections of the unique management experience. This article makes a brief discussion on some effective practices and experiences in safety management of major sections and provides a practical basis for the safety management of similar projects in the company.
