目前,中国海洋经济可持续发展的研究方兴未艾,本文根据主流产业经济学的框架建立全新的海洋产业可持续发展模型,从产业组织、产业关联、产业结构、产业安全以及产业政策几个方面来全面分析中国海洋产业可持续发展的理论和现实问题,以求构建中国海洋产业可持续发展研究的分析框架,并对海洋产业市场结构、投入产出、政策体系、结构优化等问题进行了深入研究。 At present, the research on the sustainable development of marine economy in China is in the ascendant. Based on the framework of mainstream industrial economics, this paper establishes a new model of sustainable development of marine industry. It comprehensively analyzes the industrial organization, industrial relations, industrial structure, industrial safety and industrial policies This paper analyzes the theoretical and practical issues of the sustainable development of China’s marine industry in order to build an analytical framework for the sustainable development of China’s marine industry and further studies on the market structure, input-output, policy system and structural optimization of the marine industry.
