素质教育要求学生具备思维能力,因此注重培养学生的地理思维能力不仅能帮助学生高效学习地理学科,更能有效全面发展学生的综合素质。毋庸置疑,识记、理解、应用、分析、综合等每一个地理教学目标的实现都离不开学生的思维活动。但由于种种原因,在教学实践中,教师更多地把地理学科当成一门描述性的学科,将大量时间和精力放在知识点传授、结论综述上,忽视了对学生思维能力的训练和提升。一、培养形象思维,奠定提升地理学科思维的基础
Quality education requires that students have the ability to think, so focusing on cultivating students’ ability of geographical thinking can not only help students to study geography efficiently, but also effectively and comprehensively develop the overall quality of students. Needless to say, every goal of geography teaching, such as recognition, comprehension, application, analysis and synthesis, can not be separated from students’ thinking activities. However, due to various reasons, in teaching practice, teachers regard geography more as a descriptive subject, devoting a great deal of time and energy to the imparting of knowledge points and conclusions and ignoring the training and promotion of students’ thinking ability .
